the marketing mix - Physical Evidence

This is particularly important in services marketing as it is the only physical items that a customer will see and so it must reflect the image that the service is trying to project. For a hotel, for example, the towels, pens, notepads etc all count as physical evidence and must portray the brand of the hotel.
