Price v Quality Matrix

If a product can not be differentiated because of its benefits, then it must be done so by price. Setting a pricing level is dependent on a number of factors including the competition, demand, sales targets and age of the product. There are nine key pricing strategies based on how high the price is and what the perceived quality of the product is.
